Good quote for the one's who may have lost their focus,

Morning all!! Insanity Pure Cardio for me this morning, kinda pumped, kinda dreading it. Pure Cardio sucks, but I like it. I am counting down the days till I can push play on P90X.

Slept in till 8am, that was nice.

For breakfast.
2 scrambled eggs 160 cal
Pinch of Cheese 25cal
8 oz of 2% Milk 120cal

@Tag - Thats cool you got your lady to work out with you!! Hamstring pain sucks lol. But she will be right as rain in a few days then put her back to work haha. I love that Skip likes to work out with me (just can't get him to workout on his own). it keeps me motivated to see him working hard beside me. Plus i think you grow stronger as a couple when you have to push each other and help push the other when they need the motivation.

Good quote I found,

Took last week off from the gym as I was moving outta my house. 5 days of moving furniture was enough of a work out. What a PITA. I ended up having to get TWO storage units as my stuff wouldn't fit in my apartment. Man I'll be glad when the new house is built. THREE MONTHS!

12/27/10 - 168.5 - 12.4%
1/10/11 - 166 - 12.1%
1/17/11 - 167 - 11.7%
1/24/11 - 167.5 - 12.2%
1/31/11 - 164.5 - 11.6%
2/7/11 - 163.5 - 11.2%
2/14/11 - 163 - 10.7%
2/21/11 - 165 - 11.2% (added back too many carbs - removed some also started thermogenic)
2/28/11 - 163.5 - 10.3%
3/7/11 - 163.5 - 10.6%
3/14/11 - 161 - 10.1% (carb pulse)
3/21/11 - 160 - 10.1% (carb pulse)
3/28/11 - 159.5 - 9.6% (carb pulse)
4/4/11 - 157 - 9.3% (carb pulse)
4/11/11 - 158 - 9.0% (carb pulse)
4/18/11 - 160 - 10% (vacation - drank beer)
4/25/11 - 158 - 9.5%
5/9/11 - 155.5 - 8.4%

I skipped a lot of meals last week moving, so I wanna see how next Monday looks before making any major changes. I'm getting back on schedule now, and live a two minute walk from the gym.

This week I went to a 5 day workout schedule doing one body part per day with 30 mins of cardio every day.

That may be too much and I may switch to a 4 day split next week.

I'm looking nice and lean with a pretty defined 6 pack now, however I'm also losing some of the "thickness" of the muscle. I'm not sure if it's because I skipped too many meals last week or what. I carb'd up good Sunday and will start increasing protein this week.

Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Biceps
Wedenesday - Back
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Legs/Tris

Hey Bonnie!

On the turkey chili it says it makes 6 servings @ 380 cal. But what is a serving size? A cup, a cup and a half. What portion size do you use?

I added up all the oz and I came up with a cup and a half too. ITS SOOOO GOOD. I added corn and olives to mine. I asked Skip to taste it and went to go get something out of my room and came back out and him and dad had a small bowl of it. Gonna have to keep them out of it. lol.
