Go to the store...buy chicken breast and Talapia (any kind of fish).....6 each per week. Google baked fish and/or chicken breast. Healthy and easy. Add some veggies...good to go.

well, the max ive ever been was 250 when I left Iraq, then after about 3 months I was down to about 185, then up to 200 the next month, then down to 190 a month later, then up to 210 a month later, then down to 185 where I've stayed for the last year or so. I prefer to be over 200lbs just so that when I miss a meal, im not starving my ass off.

seriously tho, I had a scholarship for football when I got out of highschool, played 6 months for SIU as a linebacker and lineman, then when football season got over, I basically pissed my scholarship away cus I was taking non-prescription drugs for my osgood schlatter in both knees and got caught. then I remembered my ASVAB score and called my recruiter and signed up for the military.
