Which is totally cool as long as you (the guy in this situation) know the situation for what it is - friendzone. I think a lot of younger/inexperienced guys make the mistake of being friendzoned, yet continue to pay for dinner, dates, etc.

On the positive side, though, the friendzone isn't necessarily a bad thing. Having spicy ladyfriends around can come in handy when shopping for clothes, going out to meet OTHER women, and it's cool to learn the female perspective on dating and meeting people. It's like having a spy.
