They have bolt-on's like headers and CAI but the motor's have been un-modified.

I don't there's much difference at all. The 5.0s are having a lot of issues popping up and they have cheap shit trannys from china in them. I've owned 2 cobras and a gt500 and I would not purchase a 5.0. Another Shelby yes.....but not a GT.
