the traverse on the other hand does not make my back hurt at all. If i do this I am trading my camaro, and my 2006 silverado vortec max to get it. The only issues I have read about on these things is the fuel milage, and a tranny problem.

I just dont know what to lol..........I love my camaro, but if I cannot drive it what is the point?
Well, my wife has had 4 back surgeries and has no issues. we have drove 800 miles in one day with it, with no issues.

I would suggest getting one that has seat/back warmers. My camaro has them and she loves it, but she didn't get them in her traverse because she doesn't like leather.

We have never had any issues with her transmission in almost 50,000 miles

I own a 2009 Traverse AWD and 2010 Camaro. I gotta say, that Traverse is my all-time favorite vehicle, it's best yet. Not comparable to the Camaro, but for a SUV it rocks. The 3rd row seat is very very good to have when you need it. Vehicle handles well, gas mileage is equivalent to the Camaro overall, and it just works.

I don't really like SUVs but I must say the Traverse is a beauty, especially considering it's a family hauler.

My parents just bought a new Traverse. So far, my dad has nothing but good things to say about it. He says its pretty powerful for what it is and the ride is great. I havent seen or driven it yet, but Ill get a chance to when I see them later this week!

I had it for a day as a rental. It is VERY quiet compared to the Camaro. I found myself speeding in it a lot more than I do my Camaro! It's very big and has a lot of room though. The 2nd row chairs move forward very easily for access to the 3rd row as well and folding down the 3rd row takes only a couple seconds.

I have the BA audio system in the Camaro, which in my opinion is good except for the rattling with bass. The LT traverse's audio system seemed MUFFLED by comparison and there weren't any equalizer settings I could find to fix it. The treble sounded muffled and there was practically no bass at all. (I wasn't expecting much, but this was pretty bad in my opinion) I will be honest, it sounded worse than my 2000 ford ranger's standard 4 speaker audio system. I'm not sure why it sounded so bad, maybe something was broken, but if you test drive one, test out the audio system. Let me know if it sounds like crap.

The 2011 LTZ we just picked up 670 miles ago has the bose... It does sound pretty darn nice, though not as good as the BA sound system in SS. My last couple GM products with Bose prior to Traverse: 08 H2 and 07 TBSS had Bose. rated in order of sound quality:

H2
Traverse
TrailBlazer SS

Hope this helps!

Just giving you a hard time. You asked for a specific vehicle information, got tons of information, then threw it out the window & did something completely different. I found it amusing

LMAO....Good Choice though, I drove both, and coming out of an H2 I almost HAD to got with the Hoe.... We were trying to down-size....and the traverse was a bit more thrifty, even laid out.... as apposed to loaded Lt version of Tahoe, not even Ltz. In my opinion, nice choice.... Funny: during "downsize" had to get 2SS.... watched these cars since GM even had the twinkle in their eye.

GOOD LUCK with the Hoe, know several people that own one and they cannot live without them, some of them are hitting 200k mark and still cruising smooth....
