As an Officer I'm not allowed to comment, especially in this manor. But I just hope that this doesn't effect the morale of those on the front lines. With family in the states, barely surviving off what they already make I can only imagine how hard it will be with half of your paycheck missing.

it hasnt even started and moral has gone to the sh*&tter! and stateside isnt going to get a paycheck till a new budget comes out but deployed members are getting paided half
