Good point, I thought he was welding on the frame NEXT to the gas tank, which of course would be completely safe. But, yes, welding on the tank would require that extra precaution. Howevvvvvveerrrrrrrr, I am sure you considered that tipping the vehicle over in such a manner caused the fuel to all go to the side of the tank wayyyyyyy far away from the flame. Still Safe.
