huh. I guess i'm used to imports. I know with those, you can tune it to where you can rev higher, and still increase hp to the new redline.

An least one of my last cars you could. Had an Acura RSX-S with Hondata reflash that increased my redline from 7900rpm to 8900rpm and my hp just kept climbing to the new rev limiter.

true...with a new cam and springs and rods and forged internals you can get it to rev higher but not much still alot of weight and a big stroke
