I have been in Vegas when its about 120 outside and I don't mind it because its dry heat but I have noticed when you touch the ground your feet are on fire or touch metal. But when it gets 90 degrees in Wisconsin it seems really warm because its all humidity.

I call BS on the whole "ohhh, but its a dryyy heat" ... so is an oven, but that doesn't make it any more bearable.

I imagine our summer is a lot like yours. On a typical hot day the temperature tends to be around 85 degrees, but the humidity makes it feel like 100. A few days are worse where its 100 without humidity and unbearable with it ... you open a door to go outside and it just stops you in your tracks.

I believe it. Here at 100 degrees with 80% humidity it is unbareable. I sweat like a pig.

Went to Colorado, was 99 no humidity. It was great.

I've been to Arizona when it was 110...and it was dry heat,,,and definitey more bearable than what we get at home. Actually, I would prefer their weather to ours any day!

Well I've lived in the southeast and now Cali and I can tell you there is a big difference. 85 back home can feel like 95-100 whereas 85 here is hot but not nasty like back east. 30-40% humidity here versus 80-90% back east. This climate is much more bearable at high temps than back east.

Me too I'm sooo sick of this winter it won't every end. It stopped snowing but its stays in the upper 30's and lower 40's. At this time last year we were already in the 60s and 70's

Heading out to my company's picnic. Supposed to be 72 and partly sunny! Should be a good day for it.

Sunny and reaching 50 degrees here, my kind of weather, I do not like the hot humid weather.
