So I would post this in the tuning section but honestly there are a lot of people who would post there who have no idea what they are talking about.

If I tune my car would the warranty automatically be voided? If I switch back to the stock tune when bringing it into the dealer would it be less likely to be noticed?

What I've read leads me to believe NO on the first question and Yes on the second, but just want to hear it from you all.

its kinda of a grey area if something in your powertrain breaks then yes it will be voided with the tune....however say you take it to the dealer for a scheduled oil change they arnt going to void it if it has a tune on it just leave it iv done it most have done it just dont push the car to its limits and make sure you log and stay up what the car is doing because those dts do make it leaner more prone to detonation so be careful....i love the dts on mine though

Thanks, I would assume that even if I get a tune if anything was to happen to it, they would claim that my headers somehow caused it. So tune here I come.
