I've seen that before, looks great. Pictures for the lazy:

1. Start with a common bacon weave and put a log of meat on it:


2. Roll it up, add more meat, bbq sauce, dry rub, etc.


3. Enjoy.

(I think that last one is from a slightly different recipe.)
