Don't let their displacement fool you, Chevy small blocks are among the most compact engines out there, their overall size isn't much bigger than most DOHC V6's. Length wouldn't be an issue, a Chevy small block is about 6" shorter than a typical inline 6. Height wouldn't be a problem either since a DOHC inline is taller than an OHV V8. Only major issue would be width, but usually there is a fair bit of space available. It would take some fanagling, sure. But if its possible to fit an LS7 into a Saturn Sky, its going to be a lot easier to fit one into a Nissan Skyline.
