I usually like to go through people i know. Doesn't matter where you are from. If you don't really know anyone in the field you want to get into, then monster.com is pretty good. I've actually gone to places i wanted a job at and just asked them for an application and ask if they are hiring. Even if they aren't, i'd fill one out and send it back personally. Face time is always best if you can.
