Haha. I would think people evaluated by Psych to not be able to handle it would just be given their DD-214s and sent on their way.

Funny. I was running at 5:30. Now my body is purging weakness.

At least that's what my SGT says. Pain is just weakness leaving the body.

Ya, most of the time it's a sign they are one step closer to being on their way out. Me personally I'm a big fan of weeding people out early on, but legally you need a long paper trail to do that.

Well, I'm not personally worried about the mind games. I'm stubborn and anti-social enough that criticism doesn't really bother me. Its the physical part I'm not really looking forward to. I've never been as good at cardio-based exercise as I'd like. I have muscular endurance, but not the cardio. Like, when I'm running my chest starts burning long before my legs do.

But, I far exceed the minimum PT standards to start BCT, and can even pass the push-ups and sit-ups at the graduation level. Running I need to improve on, but I've got 10 weeks to do it.

if you want to work on ur cardio try swimming it works every muscle in your body just like running only more intensly, make sure its a deep one too and of course make sure someone is around so you can push yourself i promise you its goin to kick your ass

COMPLETELY agree. Swimming is one of the greatest cardio workouts, and it will help you build muscle in places you never knew there was muscle.

plus, with swimming, you aren't stressing your joints like you would running.
