Nothing, just had tuna and pork chops for this week's lunches. Just getting tired of tuna and having one of those days where I'm craving 10 slices of pizza.

When I need a break from the usual I usually opt for a nice juicly lean cut of steak, packed full of protein and amino acids, it's a great muscle builder.

You can also substitute chicken with turkey for a little change.

Mmmmmmm steak. I may have that tonight. I love me some red meat.

I've been having turkey meatloaf every night just about. Swapped out for a grilled chicken breast last night though.

Not a big deal, just having one of those days.

It's funny a lot of people won't eat steak because thay are afraid of the saturated fat but in reality an occasional piece, as long as it's a lean cut is excellent for the reasons I mentioned above. I often see people supliment with products like Muscle Milk which have twice the saturated fat as a lean cut of steak, I guess people still havn't learned to read the labels.

It's full of the stuff that muscles are made of. I read labels religiously and very rarely buy products with saturated fat. The way I look at it if you cut the saturated fats from other foods, especially dairy products, you can eat an occasional steak and get all the benefits and still eat relitavely few saturated fats

It's like most steak some cuts are tough and some are not. This is what you do get a meat tenderizing hammer and beat the crap out of it and get a good workout at the same time LOL.
