This should be interesting, but considering we are all at different stages perhaps we should get the ladies to judge on greatest amount of progress. In which case we'll need befores and afters

I have befores, but I'm not ready to show it just yet. I want to do a couple more cycles before I show my progress.
5-9 and 220lbs does not look good.

I think maybe I will suggest a diet to all those entering this challenge. Eat mostly ice cream cake and candy and wash it down with plenty of soda. I will stick to my eating plan.

You sure you don't want to try the above posted diet.

I will be using the method in my above post to cut the fat and there is plenty to cut. This along with a 3 day split, 3 days cardio and1 day rest is what has been most effective for me and is what I will be following. I expext to follow this for 4-6 weeks depending on progress. I am currently at a fat 186 lbs. I normally maintain around 175 and that is my goal. Please excuse the picture as I am still wired and partially shaved for electrode placement
Your in great shape CFD! What type of cardio will you be doing?

Getting on up there with some of that weight Bonnie. 75lbs on the squats and 100 on the leg extensions is good stuff.

Wow....You guys/gals have a lot of good info going on in this thread. I began working on my fitness back in February and I have had to read all over the internet just to find half the information you folks have provided. Good work everyone.
