Venting..

Well car has been down almost two weeks.. Plans were new wheels, Intake, heritage grille and a bunch of AAC goodies. Have everything back, wheels look good , intake on, heritage grille and ss emblem on... Just missing AAC package. My headlight and fog light assemblies arrives last Thursday 3/10... AAC opens package today and finds out my passenger side headlight assembly is badly damaged and the driver is Also broke. Jonathan called me asap and I panic.. Ups packaged and boxed all my housings.. I know shit happens just blows, worried that ups will take their time in helping fix the situation..
Keeping my fingers crossed..

note they will only give the shipper money, not you.
They must file.

They will also want to see the packaging to prove it was packaged right and then still deny the calim months later.

Get the seller to flip for the cost and hope n pray UPS pays them back.

Least you on the money side then, but good luck.

I worked at UPS and unless you had them package it, they tend to deny 90% of claims.

Well then you are set, don't let em talk ya down then, make em pay full price +, if they packaged it and shipped it, all on them.

That was a smart move, you sly dog
