It looks aweful. Great performance, but someone was stoned or drunk when drawing this one out. I would much rather take the McLaren of the 90s.

I'm sure more than a few V6 owners on this site would say that with just a few simple mods the V6 will run with that car, if not beat one!

"Along side me at the stop light pulled up a Mclaren SLR twin turbo, he looked at me wrong so I flipped him off and gunned it! He floored it and could not keep up with me. These new V6s are real power houses!"

Because after all, the V6 Camaro can beat anything.

They're so cheap because the gran turismo came out the next year. Why do you think they're so cheap?

Not satisfying to drive, heavy feeling, slow, etc. The interior was OK but overall I was not impressed with the car.

Just my opinion.

That's not a gran sport, but you are entitled to your opinion . Maseratis are all about the options you get. For example with the Coupe, you started out with an OK interior, good handling etc, but if you add the gran sport options, the interior group and the skyhook suspension you've now got magnetic ride control, leather wrapped ceiling, pillars, dash, seats, suede/leather wheel, and almost zero plastic in the interior, bigger brembos, faster shifting, etc. Of course those options will cost ya and a lot of those options were lost when they made the move to the bigger, more GT-based Gran Turismo, which is what you're driving there. The gran sport feels much more like a sports car or an exotic than the gran turismo. The difference between base model and fully loaded is astounding. Again, I'm biased because we have one, but I'm a big mas fan. We had a quattroporte and now the gran sport. I think the old man is getting too old now though because he wants a bentley instead of the next step up, the 458.
