Groovy, post up some pics. Wake-boarding is very addicting, no more ski's for me.... I will get my 20 footer ready for the new season over the weekend.

I didn't say get rid of the pic of the SS, I said get rid of the pic of the ugly GT500. You told the guy not to talk about boats in an car forum, so why would you post pics of a Mustang in a CAMARO forum.

Why would I wish I had a GT500 when I think all Fords are ugly pieces of shit. I have never or will I ever own a Ford. I grew up on Chevy and GM and have never owned anything but. I can find much better things to do with my money than buy a Ford, like maybe buy a boat.

Probably you rejected the V-8 because subconsciously you knew that all that sodium would cause you health problems, such as hypertension, heart disease and stroke.
Salt free juice is always the wise choice.

Spent some time many years ago trying to make a Stratos Bass Boat Run 80+ mph, don't know if we ever did, cause at about 70+ mph the hull came so far our the water the pickup tube for the speedo wasn't in the water any more (this was before GPS late 80s), we were turning those things 10k rpms and hanging on. That is when I learned a boat is a hole in the water that you put money into. But is was fun. And yea that was run 80+ mph with the live wells full of ice and Bud Light

Really...? And how many boats and campers have you actually owned? I've had several of both and I find them VERY useful.

Especially works well when trolling for chicks. Drive them to your trailer in your Camaro, take your V10 truck that's next to your trailer and hook up your boat. Launch your boat and have fun on the water running channels, routes, and maybe even do some fishing. Take the chick back to your trailer for a star lit campfire, outdoor meal, and drinking from the bar - in your trailer. Score big time with the chick. Repeat the process as many times as you want.

How is any of that useless...? You have NO CLUE, sir...

A few other observations:

1. Wife finds no humor at all in B.O.A.T.=Break Out Another Thousand.
2. Big Red's main armament might be a 12-gauge flare gun, but I am her Master and Commander. She sails when I give the order.
3. Her mildly cammed V8 plays music through the wet stacks.
4. She is Coast Guard rated to carry not just the Captain and First Mate, but also eight bikini-clad passengers. Although they better be friends of the First Mate.
5. DUI laws apply, but open-container laws don't (so long as nobody drowns on my watch).

There are just sooooooo many things you can DO in a B.O.A.T. that you cannot in a Camaro. That being said, I am exploring all possibilites with my Camaro.... except taking it for a swim.

Always thought a 3rd gen Firebird would make a great jet boat. Make it the kind that don't sink, doors still open to get in and out. [drivers door would open normal more for kicks, pass door would fold straight down for a mini platform.] Have a couple of powerful water jet drives with enough power to tube n ski. Targa/T-top like set up with most of the roof gone but beefed up for a high point for ski n tubin, but the targa/T to hide from the sun if need be or have it open. Though it would be a water ride as it would run low and be made to drive through waves, not over them. Why it can't sink
