Longest Commute

I was reading something in another forum about a guy who had a 100 mile daily commute and how it was chewing up his cars. So it got me curious who has the longest daily commute here? I have some long commutes as I have 9 job sites to visit, but I only have to go twice a month to each:

Phoenix to Show Low: 180 miles
Phoenix to Thatcher: 180 miles
Phoenix to Sedona: 115 miles
Phoenix to Globe: 90 miles
Phoenix to Payson: 80
Phoenix to Apache Junction: 43 miles
Phoenix to Mesa: 34 miles
Phoenix to Sun Lakes: 33 miles
Phoenix to Fountain Hills: 18 miles

In my case thankfully my company pays a competitive mileage rate and I got lucky enough to buy a sub-compact cash earlier this year. I'd cringe to see these kind of miles on my prized SS.

80 miles to work for me. But that's only the days I go to my warehouse and don't work from home, so the work from home part pretty much saves my ass..

55 miles each way to go from my little cowtown to the greater BA. Between the wife and I, lots of miles are put on our vehicles.

Walk that!! I'd rather get the exercise than abuse my car by barely having it warmed up. Cold weather isn't an excuse in Florida too.

I am not trying to be competitive but my commute is 13 feet. My office is connected to my bedroom. If I want coffee, I go double that distance to the kitchen, and then travel all the way back to the office.

Don't why I didn't think of this until now but this averages out to 85.88 miles a day one-way commute. That comes out to 3435.55 miles a month and 41,266.66 miles a year. Good thing I bought that Fiesta with plan of only keeping it for three years. Good thing that little Fiesta averages 40.8 MPG, the Camaro did 16.3. My Camaro is only on pace for about 2,000 miles this year and will bring my 2 year total to 9,500. I'm getting my full detail this weekend in celebration of it's new trophy car status.
