...Buy one with 130K miles. By then all the broke stuff should be fixed.

Oh, no. This keyboard is for the touch typist as there are no labels on the keys. It's build from the old IBM keyboard factory so it is a layout most people are familiar with, but can prevent people from using your computer.

I like the Alero better. Much cleaner in appearance.

If this doesn't go through I'll probably start looking for Grand Ams.

For me, Grand Am's have 4 big advantages over Aleros:

  1. 5 spoke wheels
  2. Plastic cladding
  3. Red lit gauges
  4. Ram Air powah!
Although the 'Ram Air' is more like 'cold air' and I'm not really sure what colour the gauges are in the Alero and cladding has been known to trap water against the door. But ... 5 spoke wheels rock, 6 spoke suck! That is indisputable!

I've had electrical issues here too, but nothing major thus far ... I think. Multifunction switch kept ticking but I cleaned that up and its been fine ever since. My map lights also seemed to stay on, but turning the dimmer switch down seemed to fix it.

One concern is that my car seems to eat batteries. The original died somewhat early, but the car was used and for all I know it could have been drained several times before I got it. Then the replacement went less than a year later, but it seems to have been a defective battery. If this one goes soon I'm going to send my car to my brothers shop to see if he can figure out if its a problem with my car or if I just have bad luck with batteries.
