Well, I guess I'm gonna have to make some changes and cut the carbs back out.

Today I was at 163.5 and 10.6% BF, identical to last week.

12/27/10 - 168.5 - 12.4%
1/10/11 - 166 - 12.1%
1/17/11 - 167 - 11.7%
1/24/11 - 167.5 - 12.2%
1/31/11 - 164.5 - 11.6%
2/7/11 - 163.5 - 11.2%
2/14/11 - 163 - 10.7%
2/21/11 - 165 - 11.2% (added back too many carbs - removed some also started thermogenic)
2/28/11 - 163.5 - 10.3%
3/7/11 - 163.5 - 10.6%

Today's workout was pretty good:

Chest/Biceps
Incline dumb bell press - 85/85/85 8/8/6
Flat dumb bell press - 70/70/70 8/8/8
Cable fly - 25/30/30 - 10/8/8 (nice and slow with a good squeeze at each rep)
Incline hammer dumb bell curl - 30/35/35 10/9/8
Incline dumb bell curl - 35/35/35 8/8/8
Cable finishing curl - 20/25/30/25/20 10/10/8/10/10

40 mins elliptical

After the cardio I felt motivated (slept good last night) so I grabbed the EZ curl bar and did one set of slow rep curls to failure 70lbs @ 20 reps.

This weeks meals will be a lot of baked chicken breast and tuna. I won't be having any more sweet potatoes and will go back to the whole grain rice. I'm thinking to either eliminate the PWO carbs and double the protein, or keep the PWO carbs and get rid of the carbs at lunch and add more protein there.

I cut out most of the alcohol last week as well figuring reducing those empty calories would drop me to single digit BF this week but it made no difference.

I cut out most of the alcohol last week as well figuring reducing those empty calories would drop me to single digit BF this week but it made no difference.

A couple of things I see. It looks to me like you are expecting to loose body fat too quickly. The leaner you get the harder it is to loose body fat, you usually will not loose a % in body fat in a week when your body fat is real low. I would not eliminate your post workout nutrition as you do not want to sacrifice muscle and post workout is when protein intake is important. It is recomended to eat fast carbs with protein post workout.

I also see that you say you gave up most alcohol last week. Alcohol will prevent your body from loosing fat as well as adding the empty cals. Before changing your nutrition I would eliminate the alcohol and don't be so fast to make changes. If anything keep nutrition the same and step up cardio. Getting into single didget body fat requires consistant diet and training and lots of cardio and it doesn't happen overnight.

One other thing I noticed that you gave up your peanut butter, which is ok but "good fats" are extremely important and will "aid" in burning fat for fuel, I would add some good fat to your diet but careful as fat is very calorie dense. One way to get good fat and high protein would be cold water salmon. 6 oz of salmon is around 40g protein and a very good source of healthy fat, not sure if you like salmon but it is an excellent choice.

I'm not a fan of fish. We have some salmon in the freeze that my buddy caught in Alaska, but I honestly can't eat it. YUCK. I can barely do tuna.

I do take an Omega 3,6,9 pill twice a day making for 2grams total. I know that's not enough, but helps with the healthy fats.

The baked chicken is brushed with olive oil, so I'll get some there.

Historically I drop bodyfat pretty quick but that was on very few carbs. I'll keep the alcohol out another week and see how we do, but I'll be cutting the carbs back at lunch. I need to increase the protein a bit.

40 mins of cardio is a lot for me actually. I might can up it to 45. It's not the cardio, it's the time. I run out of it and have to get to work.

But your back looks great, I can see some muscle tone there, in the shoulders too.....keep it up! Maybe we can take pics together again eventually! Hopefully the timing of my training and yours will match up!
