I think they may have. It's the first game I remember that had those kind of combos. I think street fighter had combo moves, but not where you could trap your opponent and wail on them like KI. i could be wrong though, I was never into Tekken.

Lol! Yes! I remembering throwing down the remote in anger when my bro was laying one of those combo moves on me, walking to the fridge, grab me an RC, go back and was just finishing up that damn combo.

I am going treasure hunting this weekend and throwing a drunken KI tourney!

I always made my cousin mad because I would just push and hold buttons and win instead of actually learning the combos! ahaha.

Arcade or Console? Dude, back when they had Laser tag and all that I'd just hamfist all the buttons and boom.. ALWAYS worked.

Now that kinda translated to Fallout because mashing the attack button while doing hand to hand has the nice effect of either doing a nasty left hook or an uppercut knocking people on their ass.

Oh, can't forget the FORE! *9 iron straight into your opponents balls*
