Yeah before Skips turned 25 we had to find someone to pass it because it wouldnt pass so his buddy's dad did it. But now its over 25 so it doesnt matter.

Many perks. Better pay, lovely beaches, Yosemite, we don't have tornadoes or nasty heat like Texas, lake Tahoe, etc.

Hurricanes aren't a worry and mudslides don't happen in my area.

I can drive to Florida for the beach. Houston has good pay and a lower cost of living. We don't have tornados here. But we get the heat, which you get used too.
