Correct if I'm wrong but haven't wheels like this been illegal on the federal level since the 60s? I vaugely recall hearing stories about the 63 Corvette dismembering people by sideswiping them.

Extremely repulsive, however it does bring back memories of watching Speed Racer as a kid, and seeing some of the racers use their wheels to slash the tires on other race cars.
