3.29 last night, thought I hit premium but then saw 3.50 and then had a Kadaffi moment: I put on a hat box top and a brown sheet and yelled at a rock.

I fully expect it to hit $4.50 or so here. That's $85 to fill up.

Yeah my mom works for an oil company and she said we could see $5. They've opened up drilling for existing contracts in the Gulf again, but they are talking about burning oil fields over seas... Not bueno.

On the way home last night it was 3.05 but this morning it was 3.19 for regular. Thats a pretty hefty jump overnight especially out where I am. Its usually the cheapest around.

Guy before me filled 31 gallons, something like 115 bucks.

In other news, Toyota still can't fix their pedals and floor mats. 2.175 million more recalls because of the dreaded 'sticky pedal'.

Before the gas started going up I was paying about $55-$60 to fill up and that was with about 2 gallons left in the tank.

That's the price ya pay for a V8. I don't mind for the most part. I knew what I was getting into when I bought the SS.

Hahah. But for me that would be 60 bucks a month I could use for modding! ahaha. When Skip is footing the bills I'll have my SS.

More like $120 a month. I typically fill up once every two weeks. Sometimes only once a month but that's rare.

Hose has been busy in the build threads this morning.
