No hurricanes here BB. I don't have to worry about mudslides in my area either. Only the occasional earthquake. I've lived here for 6 years now and I've only felt a small aftershock of one.

Trying to decide where to go after this as well, Stacy. Don't really want to stick around the lakes (though I'll miss 'em).

Wonder how hard it is to get into Civilian Contractor status with the USAF for places like Davis-Mothan down in Arizona.

No thanks. I dont do earthquakes. Even though I am completely intrigued by them. And volcanos. COOLEST thing ever, but dont want to be near either.

Eh, it may be easier to get in but I don't want to be tied to something like the Ohio ANG or the Michigan ANG. I mean if I can get into the Civvie contactor with requirement to join the reserves I would. With my bachelors who knows, may offer me OCS to get some more officer fodder to yell at/lay blame.

If anyone seriously has more insight or info in this I'd like to know.

With jobs being as they are in the industry.. I kind of want to work in the military and if it means joining then I know they won't bounce you out unless you just plain don't try.
