P.S. - I just think its funny the prices on stuff for the 5th gen. I can get a set of long tubes for my LT1, including y pipe, for 350. 450 if I want a high flow cat.
Yeah, its cause its new. So you'd honestly go with the DTs? Guh... Wish this was easier.

Yeah, I'd go with the DTs personally if I had a 2010. Now, with my 93? Long tubes all the way.

I have the DT Shorties and there was very minimal gain HP wise and much less than the torque gain they claim on their site which is why I'm swapping them out for LTs. Maybe it'll be different for the V6 though.

I realize it's new, but it's crazy how much some of the aftermarket parts are. $6k minimum for a F/I set up, $350 or so for a good CAI, around $1,200 for a nice catback system. Cheapest coil-overs I've found are $1,500 and as high as $3,600. It's enough to put someone in the poor house.

Not sure about the V8, but the DT shorties for the V6 have been dyno proven to gain 16 peak hp, and something like 25 hp at the highest gain. Best long tubes gain 18 hp peak, and 33 under the curve. Not saying the LTs aren't better, but they're not far and away better like the V8.

Cruze Diesel may quite possibly mean that Mom's Malibu is going to be leaving us in a very short time...
