I've heard a lot of BS about diet pop over the years. Take it from a guy who does weight training and marathons that the risks of diet pop are minimal if best. I mean you can always OD on the caffine but you have to drink a f*** of diet pop in a short ammount of time to do this. I mean seriously the stuff doesn't even have calories, for all intents and purposes its carbonated flavored water.

Id like to sue em all, I grew up on Pepsi n Coke as a kid, drank it 24/7, use to be able to hide in my room with warm cans of soda and it was like the necture of the god.

Now I can't drink more then a glass ever so often or I feel like crap.
Name brand pops are the worse, cheap stuff is a bit better.

Though I can load up some tea with a 5lb bag of sugar.
