Dude, I lost 30 lbs. in 10 weeks by eating one small meal per day and drinking tons of water. Fruit is fine 2 or three times but I never cut out sugar. I drank coffee alot.
I would keep your exersising up but I never did it even once. My shoulders are fried from lifting yrs ago and I'm not a big cardio guy. Just a thought.

dam man i hope i could do it-im eating yogurt for breakfast and dinner and i barly have any breakfast maybe a fruit n such and i drink coffee too so i hope i can do it

I agree with the water part, but you have to eat more than that or your body will think you are starving. What that does is make your body use muscle for energy instead of fat. So you will lose muscle mass and keep the fat until both are gone. irpq11, if you used to work out, then you know that it is better to eat like 6 small meals all day long. And, if you want to lose the weight, very small meals.

No...salad is not bad...

just gotta get some protein in there too..LOL. All the fitness clowns and body builders swear by the 6 meals a day thing. I have a high metabolism, so I'm not a good example, but my boss starting doing it and looks good...well...not as good as his girlfriend, but you get the idea. Also go here for a good workout:

Nope. Salad is great. Just use a non-fat dressing. Eat all the salad you want. If you want to lose it quick and then maintain then you have to do it by barely eating. Some say it isn't healthy but as long as you aren't nutritionaly defficient in any area allready then it will be just fine. You just cna't do it as a lifestyle. To me it is a motivational thing. If I can see results in a short period of time by barely eating then I am motivated to continue. After I lost the weight I had my blood work done. ldl was down from 316 to 220. And the doctor said other than that I seemed fine. It's not easy but if it was we would ALL be at our ideal weight.
