Glad all's Ok. I've got an '06 Impala for a daily driver. Great big comfortable SAFE car plus it gets 27-29 MPG on the highway. As cars keep getting smaller and smaller 18 wheelers and guardrails don't.

You do realize you gave a lot of Camaro enthusiats a little bit of heartburn with that thread title

In all seriousness, though, we're all glad to hear your wife was okay and that Chevrolet has done its duty in protecting your loved one. It's amazing how far safety has come along over the years.

Glad she is okay, but I'd buy a winter beater for her next year.

Another big thank you to Chevy for building safe vehicles. Really glad no one was hurt. Like My mother said after my bad auto accident "You have good luck in your bad luck". You will love the permagrin inducing new ride when it arrives.

Glad your wife is ok, and glad to hear how safe the Impala is. I have an 07 Impala SS and I absolutely love it.
