but that's no fun! I believe a lot of folks will be coming through vegas, so us local guys will meet up with them. I believe utah, central and northern cali, and canada are going through vegas.

I am going to drive to SA the night before so 3 hrs. Then to LC with the group the next day so they said 8-10 hours depending on stopping and then 6 hrs the next day. So along time.

I'm going to convey for safety reasons on many different counts and because I have such a great group and I think it will be so much fun.

Skip actually bought me a good set for Christmas just for that very purpose. We use them so much in our car group!

The last I heard the Cali caravan wasn't hitting Vegas, but they could have changed plans. I'll enjoy the drive more being able to set my own pace and go. I've driven in caravans before and it can get aggravating. People speeding up, slowing down, speeding up, etc. Pick a damn speed and stick with it.

Besides, when I go on road trips I stop to gas up and I use the rest room while stopping for gas. I eat before I hit the road and then I'll grab something when I stop for gas. I don't like stopping any more than I have to and I know the Cali caravan plans to stop for dinner and that will take at least an hour if not 2. No thank you.

It should be a 12-13 drive for me. I'm thinking I'll leave around 5:00A.M. It's no guarantee that I'll be able to go. I'm still waiting to see if my my manager will be able to work something out that will allow me to make it.

I'm with you man, but being that I have never met one other member on here in person, I'd like to start meeting people before we get the C5F.

I don't blame you. Luckily I've already met a handful of people. If I didn't know anyone I probably would consider the caravan.

Thats how long it took me to get to Georgia so it was okay for us to go along it was only a day. But 2 days I prefer caravaning. Well hopefully he lets you go. If not shin kick him for me.
