I was wondering the samething, why didn't you follow them? People get on here b!$& that someone hit their car and watched them drive off. Seriously!? Get in your car and follow them. Get a tag number and call the police. How hard is that really? Overall im sorry someone did it to your car but sometime you gotta take control and handle the situation.
