WORKOUTS Today:

(Circuit)

3x

Body Solid Squats: 3x15 reps 2x90lbs. 3rd, 100 lbs.
TRX-Chest Press: 3x15
Step Ups: each leg 3x10 20lbs.
Standing 1-Arm Shoulder Press: 3x15 20 lbs
Leg DExtentions: 20,15,12 reps 90,90,100 lbs.
Ball Crunches: 3x15, holdind 12 lb. ball
Tricep Bench Dip: 15,12,10 reps 25lbs.
Vertical leg raise: 3x15
Kettleball Calf Raise: 15,12,10 reps 25lbs.

Cardio: Exersize bike, 30 minutes

I am sore!!!!!! Competition diet starts next week!

I'm gonna be ripped baby!

Happy Friday everyone....it was a really really
busy hectic day (in a good way) and I was
exhausted coming home. BUT....I got on my
treadmill and did my time. I feel soooo much
better for having done it. No weight loss to
report this week, but I'm feeling good about
next week

Post your results and I'll get the updates done
over the weekend.

Will update tomorrow after class at the gym. Happy Friday all. We're almost through the first month of the year...hard to believe. Warm weather will be here in about 2-3 months, and I hope to be able to wear some shorts!

Hell, I'd join some competitions.

I was going to add tricep exercises, but that is on the day 5 schedule. Seriously...I need to post up that workout routine. It's cool to run the new routine...change up the different types of reps, etc. My chest feels it for suer, though. Hitting the gym once again tomorrow morning. Missed today...had court in the morning..2nd day in a row. SUCKS. But, back at it in the am.

You know...ever since I was a kid, I'd wanted to be the big muscle guy...

***sigh*** I had a "bad" week this week!!! Only made two of my six workouts for the week I could make all sorts of excuses but I won't...I will just get over it and refocus. That being said, every muscle in my back is hurting right now from wearing a flak vest all day yesterday and laying in the prone position shooting an M4!! Perhaps I should count that as a workout??

got past

finally got past my plateu, was at 13 pounds lost 1 jan - about 20 jan, just hit the 14 pound mark this morning.
wife is at 38 pounds since june (gym everyday, personnel trainer and some program watching fat/carbs/protein).
i'll stick to cardio 4-5 times a week and eating 75-80% of my rdi, no beer still

I'm with ya girl...well, except for the M4 thing I only went to the gym twice, but I'm hitting a boxing class this morning that I know will kick my butt!

Let's get over it together and get back on the wagon! Have a great weekend!

I did well with working out this week, but not sticking with my eating plan as well as I should. Need to cook more and eat out less!

Thanks for the support Pam! Glad to know I'm not the only one! I think a good quote for our situation is "Everyone falls down, the question is, will you get back up again?" New week, new opportunity to kick some fat cell a$$!!! BRING IT!!
