That's hilarious! I had forgotten about those. I did have a set of those. It took 5 minutes to put the parts back on after crashing them and about 2 seconds to crash it!

I think they came out in 72 or 73. The set I had with the VW was around 75 or 76.

and I think about them Nintendo Virtual Boy 3d units that were red, and so were the 3d grafix, all red tones, as was viewmaster like how you used it. Member almost buying one when they got near free new. But once I played a display it was no sale

Tonka Trucks Ruled.... about 5 years ago I was helping my grandfather clean around his garage...under a pile of old car junk, my old tonka truck from 1979 was in the rubbish .... LOL ...and it still rolled...with a little limp

And I remember all them shows, you look at them now and be like "I used to be addicted to this?!?!" LOL
