Not a Smart but what if?

A friend sent me this photo in a fwded email. It was said to be a Smart car. So i looked it up. It wasn't a Smart but a F o r d. But imagine how small it could be if it was a Smart.

I've always said I'd rather save my and my passenger's lives by driving a big safe car than saving the planet for everyone else as I get killed in a death trap small economy car. I guess I am a selfish bastard.

the car wasnt completely crushed. the passenger side of the car was, but the trucks did not pinch the car dead center, so the driver didnt get completely crushed in between

If it was a smart car you wouldn't be able to see it. If an SUV with all around 5 star crash test ratings looks like that, a smart car would disappear altogether. That's scary.

I saw a car get hit by a semi once. Happened right in front of me while I was sitting at an intersection. The truck t-boned some idiot in a 350z that ran a ride light. The carnage was indescribable. I felt my car shake from the impact. Guy died on impact. Drive safe people.

Do you really think it would make that much of a difference being in a 2 ton car instead of a 1 ton car? Each those dump trucks are around 10 tons, empty and could be up over 30 tons fully loaded. No matter what car you drive, it would get obliterated.
