I have to echo what others have said. I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Our family lost my husband recently. I have three kids and it was hard for them, but they stuck together and by my side. You are so young, and I know you will miss having your Dad there for all the special things that will happen. I hope you have some good father figures in your family that will step in and help.

How to carry on. Be there for your mom and brother, and I'm sure they will be there for you.

Do the things that would make him proud.

Rely in your faith, if you have faith in God. My son has used it to pull him through this difficult time, and I think he's learned that prayer really is a powerful thing, although he's not particularly religious.

No one will understand EXACTLY where you are, but don't isolate yourself!

Take care.

I've seen this thread and kinda avoided it because I never know what to say in situations like this. I am so very sorry for your loss and you and your family will be in my prayers. God bless you and the pain will get better with time. Just know he is happy with God in a much better place.
