Oh my...just got out of my finance committee meeting. We are prepping for the upcoming budget cuts since we are a federally and state funded agency. Heard a statistic that just blew my mind. More than 50% of births in Texas are paid for by Medicaid

. We seriously need some sort of control. That is just troubling.
