Your SS is a race model? For some reason I thought when I went in to modify it, it wouldn't let me... Hmm... Maybe I didn't actually get into the engine... My regular SSs are mod'd to about there, but I thought I couldn't change my RM

Stuck on Expert Series. Historic Car Race and GT ALL STARS races. Done all the Seasonal Events up to this point. B-Spec isn't worth my time as my driver sucks! Time to just catch up on other games for now!

Is the only way to acquire "Standard" cars to either get them from a friend, via gift, or use either of the two used car dealers? What I'm asking is, is there a level where all used cars are unlocked? I'm only at like Level 18, so I don't know if there are more unlocks in this regard.

No they are never all unlocked, they either come through the Used or Online dealers, or you can trade for them, or you win some in various races.

Historic car race is a tough one, I used a race modded 69 Z28 tuned to the max and BARELY won, after basically blocking out the competition. IF the Chapparal 2J or Toyota 7 are on the front row, restart, you will never catch them.

As for GT All Stars, go to Extreme and beat "Like the Wind" you will get the Minolta Toyota 88C-V which will win this series. To beat "Like the Wind" all you need is a Corvette ZR1 RM.

Hey Rogue, I did buy a ZR-1 and RM'd it then added every possible part I could as someone said that was used for GT All Stars. I'll try Like The Wind when I get home and see how I do.

Is this the '90, or whatever, and not a ZR1? I know I mod'd out my '09, but didn't go the GM route because, at the time, I didn't like how my SS turned out. Of course, it looks like I just didn't mod' the engine, so

Ah, you may be. It's been soo long since I've been online. Having withdrawals here. :( Honestly, whenever you do get a chance to buy yourself a ZR-1, just go ahead and buy it and gift it to me. No time frame or nothing
