And I don't see how the update only took you a few seconds. It took me 25 minutes and 3 beers to download and install last night. Could be that I was the first to update this thing, so there was probably a lot to install.

I know there's a major update for exchange server out there right now. I don't know a whole lot about it, but our IT guy had to reconfigure it to communicate with the new Outlook on my work Mac.

The email client on the iPad is very lightweight, it's not like outlook or entourage where emails are cached and synced. It's kind of more like a window directly to your email server. When you send an email from an iPad/iPhone, it's directing your server to send it, rather than storing/sending/handling it itself, if that makes any sense.

Also try hitting it with your face. I hear that works. And post pics.

If this was the first update ever for the thing, yes, it needed to install the latest version of iOS.

Three in a row.

Hmmmm, food for thought. Thanks Brando!

How's the new house? Get your internet hooked up (I assume so if you're drinking and updating iPads)?

Was going to get comcast, so I called them and verified that they did in fact have service in my area. Which they said they do, and I proceeded to order. Next day I buy a 160 dollar router for cable internet, and the Tech arrives to tell me that they do NOT have service in my area.

So I returned the cable modem/router and purchases a DSL router for 80 bucks at the same time because I knew that my only other option was TDS.

And now I'm fighting with them. What I believe I should be paying, and what they say I am going to pay are completely different. Starting to get pretty freaking aggravated at the moment.

I have purchased two routers last week, and still have no internet. FML
