Thats right, there's not much you can do once it lands in your stomach!!

BTW, McDonalds cheeseburger has 12 grams of fat and 300 calories, (not much food for all that fat and calories hmmmm?)

Sorry had to lol, now just move forward and forget about it.

Although not an outrageous amount of weight I am determined to up my deadlifts to 300lbs and squats to 225lbs by the time I'm 56. I better hurry two weeks to go. I feel good after last week so I think it may happen on Tuesdays session

I've lost 35 lbs over the summer/fall. The trick is to get dumped by your girlfriend, get depressed, and don't eat... lol

And eat things with lots of protein, like a protein bar or tuna. You can then eat a small amount and not be hungry!

I wanted to post up my superset workouts but i'm going to do them one at a time. They take roughly 40 minutes and are pretty effective and can be done at home for the most part. All these moves you can look up and see how to properly do them if you are unsure.

Warm up

10 Squats
6 Push ups
12 Alternating lunges
(repeat this 3 times)

A-1: Dumb bell squat x15
A-2: Spiderman push up x12
(Repeat this 4 times with a 30 sec break in between each)

B-1: Dumb bell row x 6 with heavy weight
B-2: Bulgarian split squat x 15 (each leg)
(Repeat this 3 times, 30 second break between each set)

C-1: Dumb bell incline press x 8 with heavy weight
C-2: 1-Leg RDL x 8
(Repeat 3 times, 30 second break between)

D-1: Russian twist with weight x 40
D-2: Mountain climbers on ball x 20
(Repeat 3 times, 30 second break)

E-1: Cross jabs with weight x 40
E-2: Crunches on ball x 20
(Repeat 3 times, 30 second break)

AND stretch and your done!

Welp, no work outs for me yesterday...had dizzy spells all day...not sure what the heck that was all about. Today I felt much better but took it easy and did Yoga X. It is so funny how yoga can be relaxing yet invigorating at the same time!

Not a very healthy weekend, but had a great time. Did ok on my food intake, but didn't get any workouts in...other than dancing! Worked up a good sweat and my muscles are a bit sore, so I must've got a little workout in

The battery is dead on my scale, but I'll get a new one tomorrow and see where I am. I'll be happy if I stayed steady after slacking the lasts couple of days. Monday, here I come!

Just got back from my Vacation in Florida... 2 pounds lighter.
I guess it's time to get serious now that I'm home.
At least I'm off to a good start... vacation didn't hurt me any.

I ran 3 times last week, and didn't accomplish any of my goals I set for myself. Hopefully this week I can, and only be a week behind schedule. Kind of losing motivation though.

That can happen. I was syched to set new lifting highs for myself and went at it heavy today and had a miserable work out, ended up dropping weight to struggle my way through it but that's how it is sometimes, ya just gotta keep at it, besides I'm not that far from you and I might just have to come down and light a match under your ass, that'll get ya going.
