Unfortunately, people HATE me for my job and don't even know me. Trust me, it's just a job, not a career, I work collections on Credit Cards for a major Bank. Please don't hate me too much! I REALLY am a great guy.

As long as you don't call between the hours of 8pm and 9am or embarrass them by contacting their family, friends or employers.

I work for Canon USA. I am a Sales Administration Assistant for now. I handle paper work for signing up new authorized Canon dealers to sell our products. Plus a whole lot more....

We can actually call between 8am and 9pm in the customers time zone. Unfortunately we are also open 7 days a week. I DON'T DO SUNDAYS!!! I can't say I agree with it, calling on weekends, but it is a good day to contact people. Trust me, it's a situation where I was out of work and on unemployment, they offered and I accepted, beats the alternative. If I knew half the stuff about credit cards I know now when I was 18, I wouldn't be in the debt I'm in now. Plus it's NOT a 3rd party company so we aren't jerks and aren't able to act a fool on the phone. Just a job, definitely NOT a career.
