NO BAKE COOKIES

Well they taste like No Bake Cookies which are the most sinliest yummiest cookies ever!! So here is a recipe that is similar but w/o the refined sugar.

1/4 cup extra light virgin olive oil or grapeseed or flaxseed oil
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1 3/4 cups chocolate protein powder
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 tablespoons Splenda
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/2 cup oats (you don't have to use oats but I did)

Mix ingredients and press firmly in a 8x8 or 9x9 pan. I usually sprinkle more oats on top then stick it in the freezer till it's firm. I then leave it in the fridge. They are so good when you need that "sugar fix"!!

Let me know how you like them!!

Just wanted to share a pic! This is the first time I've ever had a picture taken of my Lats! And I think their getting there! What do ya think Hank??

I usually drive my Camaro most of the time but I've got about 25' more to go in order to get it out of my garage so that's my motivation.

Here's what it looks like around here.
Oh gee...hahah! I'm sorry I asked..
I'll say though...that definitely can be considered as a workout !

Ya dude.

I don't go to Jim. He comes to me.

But, I am gonna hit it soon. Just not at the Gym. I always worked out at home.

There's NO substitute for a good Gym. But I prefer the ease and time saving.

Me too, honestly I have never been to a gym myself, I work out at home, No excuses like my gym was closed or I couldn't make it. Here's a quick shot before I put it to use.
