Goal for today, burn that off at the gym!! And im so sore. Yesterday I lifted weights and bent the sapphire ring skip bought ne so much I could barely get it off.

I wouldn't worry about it. It seems like you are usually on a calorie deficit and normally eat very well. Sometimes when you are that controlled and give into temptation it's your body's way of telling you I need more food. The key ingredients in what you mentioned are all good choices. Sometimes those extra cals will give your metabolism a little boost.

Yeah im not really TOO worried about it. Its pretty good for you its just big servings. And I know I eat a little on the light side so im not blowing my calorie budget.

if you pick some healthy chips, SALSA is good for you. Well, the healthy salsa not loaded with sodium, but it's like a serving of veggies.

Is it bad if I drink 12 waterbottles per day? Only downside is having to pee every 15 mins.

Drinking water and bad do not belong in the same sentence. It is VERY good for everyone regardless of age sex or activity level, I would say the majority of people (except us in the know) are way under hydrated. Water is essential for ALL body functions

ITALIAN CHICKEN <--One of my FAVORITES

4-5 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 package pre-packaged spinach
2 cans of Italian tomatoes
1 8oz low fat cottage cheese
1 package low-fat Mozzarella cheese.
Spray a 9X13 baking pan with Pam cooking spray Layer in this order: chicken, spinach, cottage
cheese, tomato and Mozzarella cheese, cover with foil and bake for one hour at 350, uncover and bake for 1/2 hour longer. Serve with rice or noodles.
