True

after a very long road trip.... put the car away and wash it when it gets warmer or wash it in the really cold?

If it's bad, you have to wash it. But if it's too cold, I don't know how that's even possible!

After one layer in Ga, two isn't too bad up here

Even if the Sun shines, and it's only 14 degrees, does the snow melt?
