I don't recall the names but there are books that are based on the same idea that would suggest picking one of their healthier salads, those books just like their food choices might be a better option.
I think there's more to it than that. They show the healthier choices at fast food places. Mostly for people who just don't have time to make their own food.

Thanks so much!

BROCCOLI STUFFED CHICKEN

4 chicken breasts, beat to 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick
1 cup of minced mushrooms
2 cups minced broccoli (if you put 3 cups of
frozen broccoli in a blender, it’s a lot easier)
1/4 cup red wine
Swiss cheese (reduced fat or fat free)
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese

Combine mushrooms, wine, Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup of the Swiss cheese and the broccoli in a frying pan and cook about 10 minutes on medium heat. When done, spoon onto middle of chicken breast and then roll up into a ball, or into a sushi-type roll. Place seam-side down into a baking dish ( I recommend a 13x9). Turn oven on to 450. Place remaining Swiss over the chicken and then put into the oven for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (cut to test). Serve with a portion of your favorite pasta and enjoy. (Also good heated up in the microwave for the next day’s lunch!!)

I'm enjoying everyone's posts and progress. No working out today, went to a detail clinic (car detail) here in Atlanta and met some C5 members.

Breakfast
1/2 WW bagel with pepper jack cheese
hot tea

Lunch
Rice bowl with 1/2 rice, black beans, green peppers, onions, corn salsa, tomatoes, avacado
Coke zero

Dinner
Salad, 1/2 baked potato, 2 oz pork
Water

I will only weigh once a week, but clothes feel better already!

I am proud of everyone, because admitting you need to do something is the first step. Even "baby steps" are important, because when you see results, it motivates you to do more!

Good job guys (and girls)

Kind of late to the party, but I signed up in December for the Cox Marathon (Providence Marathon). I used to be a distance runner in high school (~8 years ago) and always to do a marathon. I finally decided to stop making excuses and just do it. Hopefully I actually do it.

I did 17.5 miles this week (3, 3.5, 4, 4, 3)

As a reward for sticking to my workouts/food intake, I treated myself to a deep tissue massage last night....including hot stones and shiatsu facial massage. It was HEAVENLY!!! I already made a follow up appointment in a few more weeks to help keep me on track!!

I almost chocked, I started to read your post and thought it was gonna go something like I treated my self to a big piece of something I shouldn't have eaten. Good reward.
