After Camaro hits the streets, whos up for the rebirth of the GNX?
After Camaro hits the streets and the engineers finish the champagne, this is the project I'd like to see them jump on.
Man I loved that car. I was in High School in the 80s and I had 2 car posters on my wall. The Lamborghini (just like everyone else) and a GNX coming straight at the camera with a wall of smoke behind it. Anyone else, or is that just me? |

The Insignia is rumored to be going to Buick and called the Regal. Give it AWD and the 3.0L DI, add on twin turbos, and you have yourself a nice entry level luxury sports sedan killer. That is another idea and I think we posted something along the lines here too. There are a number of different routes you can go for a small hot Buick.

NO WAY! Bringing back cars is done. If you want a GNX, GO BUY ONE! Why would you bring back a car if it got cut? I can accept the Camaro, because Ford and Dodge 'brought back' the Mustang and Challenger, and the world wouldn't be the same without the Camaro, but seriously, bringing back cars is a no-go for me.

The GNX it the beast of all beast, IMO. I wasnt around when it was build, but I think the idea of a car that mean, and so powerful, I love it. But by looking at it, you know never know it, and it looks evil from the factory, but still looks like a Buick... holy crap!!! I WANT IT!!!!
I would like to see it make a return, but if it does, it better be just as cool and kicakss, if not COOLER, and more kickass, than the original. But still a sleeper  EDIT: After a little search, I found a possiblity.
