Thats what you have to do to replace a heater core

Have no fear though they do have manuals to help put it back together and interiors always look harder than they are. Of course it call comes down to the mech and his organization skills, meticulousness etc...

We had our air conditioner worked on in our 00 Taurus a few years ago, which involved removing the dash. It looked like crap after the repair was finished. If it didn't have 165k miles on it, I would have complained. I traded it a few weeks later for a Pontiac instead.
