It's really just for troublemakers who post the same crap over and over again, I had a guy from the UK who hated his Cruze for whatever reason and literally posted the same complaints in every thread he could find that mentioned the Cruze. I have won a small battle against Vista. I have managed to install one of the bestest games of all time on it and get it to run, despite Vista's refusal to play it outright. Some day, I will get the rest of my 90's era games on this computer.
