Isn't this model actually a Daewoo?
Electra 225 also reminds me on landau tops, carriage bars, formal roofs, opera lamps, coach windows and brougham roofs. IIRC, brougham was called "bro-ham".

Daewoo had a hand in it since small cars are their major contribution to GM's global operations. Each regional group has their own specialty that GM utilizes when developing new cars. But the regional groups work in conjunction with each other when developing a new global vehicle.
